Bill Cosby has filed a civil lawsuit against his daughter, claiming that the comedian sexually harassed her when they were both teens.
The complaint, filed in U.S. District Court in New York, is the latest twist in a long-running case involving the comedian, who has admitted to a number of incidents of unwanted touching.
The comedian, 72, has faced allegations that he assaulted several women and that he paid them to have sex with him.
In addition to Cosby, his wife, Camille, is also the lead plaintiff in the lawsuit, which was filed in July.
In the suit, Andrea Constand, now 26, alleges that Cosby raped her when she was 15 years old.
Cosby, 76, denies the allegations.
In January, Cosby’s attorneys filed a counterclaim that said the comedian had sexually assaulted more than 100 women and girls in the late 1980s and early 1990s.
